bTRUE Project

Create 1,000,000 new relationships between youth and local police across North America within 365 days.

For every $1 spent building relationships between youth and police, up to $17 in future justice system costs can be saved.

With this finding in mind, we intend to develop and implement innovative new programs that breakdown societal barriers and change the way kids and law enforcement officials interact across North America.

Together with the support of Boys & Girls Clubs across North America, local police forces, and new partners we hope to find with The Breakout Project, we will source the ideas, funding and momentum required to build a toolbox of effective community programs.

We need fresh ideas and success stories, program directors, implementers, funders, and fans. We hope The Breakout Project can bring these people, ideas and resources together to change the way youth and police interact across the continent.
